All tickets are sold subject to the rules of the venue and/or promoter and by purchasing you are agreeing to conform to the following conditions.  Failure to comply with these terms may mean that you are removed from the venue and your ticket will no longer be valid.

  • After placing an order online you have entered into a contract to purchase your tickets from us and will receive an email confirmation of your order. This is not a guarantee of ticket and will be subject to confirmation from us/promoter prior to ticket being issued.   You will then receive an e-ticket for your event unless another method of delivery is specified.  Please ensure to check all email folders, including junk, to make sure you have received your ticket.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid ticket before the event.  Your e-ticket will include a QR code that you can use to gain access to the event.  In the event that no tickets are available after your order then we will refund your sale.
  • You should print your ticket and/or bring a copy of your e-ticket QR code on your phone to gain admission to the event.
  • Ticket sales are intended within the UK only. International restrictions may apply for other countries.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and capable of entering into a contract.
  • We will keep your data on file within our website database and our CRM Activecampaign in order to process and access your sale. We audit our databases every year and will delete contacts that are inactive for over 18 months.  If you have opted in to marketing you will also be added to our mailing list in ActiveCampaign and we will use this data to send you information about our news, events and promotions.
  • Please always check ticket purchases as mistakes can not be rectified later.
  • We reserve the right to amend dates and programmes of events due to circumstances beyond our control and are not liable for any refunds or exchanges in this instance.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases except in exceptional circumstances and cancellation of events. We can not be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of tickets.
  • If an event is cancelled, you will be offered tickets at a rescheduled event up to the face value of the tickets or, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the tickets.
  • Any liability on our part is restricted to the face value of the ticket purchased and does not include any ancillary costs such as hotels or travel.
  • In the event of an event postponment we will honour your ticket purchase for the rescheduled date, of which you should ensure you are aware.
  • It is your responsibility to check the status of an event and any cancellations/postponements.
  • We are not responsible for the content of any shows – this is the responsibility of the promoter/artist.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if we feel the safety of our event, venue, employees or guests is at risk or if we suspect illegal activity.
  • If you are late for an event we can not guarantee entry, although every effort will be made to admit you.
  • You should be aware that we may use effects such as smoke, flashing lights or lasers to enhance our performances.
  • You may be searched on entry and you consent to this by buying a ticket.
  • All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children are excluded from our 18+ events.  You should always be in control of your children and supervising their safety.
